Stauf USA has added four staff members to strengthen the company’s support in logistics, technical services and Canadian regional sales. They are Chad McNatt, technical director; Samantha LaVerde, Central Canadian regional sales director; Justin Babineau, Northeast Canadian regional sales director; and Luke McNair, logistics manager.
McNatt joins Stauf with a background in residential paint sales, construction project management, fine finishes, resurfacing and maintenance services. In his new role as technical director, he will focus on installer support, product education and developing practical solutions for customers in the field.
LaVerde brings experience in marketing, business development and commercial project support. At Torlys, she worked with architects, designers and contractors in the hospitality and commercial sectors. She will help grow Stauf’s presence in Central Canada and support Goodfellow and regional customers with product knowledge and solutions-focused service.
Babineau joins Stauf with more than 10 years of experience in the flooring and building materials industry. He previously served as director of business development for Primatech Flooring Tools, supporting distributors and retailers across North America. In his new role, he will support Goodfellow and customers throughout Eastern Canada as Stauf expands in the region.
McNair comes to Stauf from a background in transportation and freight management with TQL. He manages shipment scheduling, carrier communication and warehouse inventory, with a focus on maintaining efficient operations.
