The North American Laminate Flooring Association (NALFA) has announced Inspector Training Services (ITS) as its newest member, expanding the association’s expertise in inspector training, certification and field-based education.
Founded in 2001 and operated by practicing inspectors, ITS has built a reputation for delivering comprehensive training across all major flooring categories. Their programs combine hands-on instruction with case-based evaluation, equipping inspectors and claims professionals with the knowledge and experience needed to accurately assess and report on a wide range of flooring issues.
“Inspector Training Services is proud to be an affiliate member of NALFA. We look forward to contributing our expertise in inspector training and certification to support NALFA’s mission and to working collaboratively to strengthen the industry,” said the ITS team.
ITS’s focus on education and certification aligns with NALFA’s commitment to advancing standards and improving industry understanding at every level, from manufacturing through installation and inspection, NALFA stated.
