Gerflor has signed a licensing agreement on Unilin Technologies’ patented ClickControl technology. ClickControl is designed to measure and verify the precision of milled click profiles on floorboards, “enabling manufacturers to maintain consistent product quality throughout production,” Unilin said.

According to Unilin, ClickControl performs its measurements without damaging the floorboard, eliminating the need to cut samples for inspection. In addition, the technology provides operators with clear, actionable feedback on how to adjust the milling line, helping to optimize profiling settings.
