The Floor Inspectors Education Guild (“The Guild”) is proud to announce that they and the American Floorcovering Alliance (AFA) are working together to bring the highest quality of education to the flooring professional.
From October 20-22, the Dalton Convention Center in Dalton, GA, will feature hands-on educational programs and workshops designed specifically for the floor covering installer.
“We are especially proud to be able to offer the Concrete on Grade course, developed specifically for the Guild by Roberto Nunez, at a huge discount. The tuition is over $400 when taken on the NCSU campus. However, we are offering the Concrete on Grade course and two additional days of the finest education, all for $185. Manufacturer’s Technical Personnel can apply for this class as a guest of AFA or the Guild,” said The Guild.
On October 20, Shaw Industries will use their own products to conduct a full day of classes tailored specifically for the flooring inspector and installer. If you are one of Shaw Industries’ flooring inspectors, this is a class you can’t afford to miss. The class is a full day of education, so this is your opportunity to learn about your inspections directly from the manufacturer. If you sell or install Shaw products, this is your opportunity to learn how to avoid costly callbacks.
Set for October 21, Roberto Nunez, a nationally and internationally well-known forensic concrete engineer inspector, will teach a his one day Concrete On Grade class to flooring professionals.
Finally, on October 22, a special Inspector’s Boot Camp on inspection techniques will take place. Manufacturers will also be contributing to this special day.
