The Floor Covering Education Foundation (FCEF) will present the webinar “Confronting the Crisis: How the FCEF is Helping to Solve the Installer Shortage,” Oct. 21 at 4 p.m. EST. Led by FCEF Executive Director Jim Aaron, the webinar will discuss how attendees can find, recruit and train young installers.
Topics are set to include how industry leaders are working to solve the crisis, how attendees can take advantage of the FCEF scholarship program to train installers, what the FCEF is doing to recruit young talent to the flooring installation trade, how FCEF can help attendees recruit new installers in their local markets, FCEF’s entry into trade schools with a pilot class starting next January, and how attendees can get more involved in solving the qualified installer shortage.
