“LATICRETE SUPERCAP is still growing, but we do not have to look far to see who is leading our success. We are very fortunate to have Jim, Chris, Paul and Andy on our team, enthusiastically driving our business by introducing clients to SUPERCAP products and delivering outstanding service,” said LATICRETE SUPERCAP President Doug Metchick.

For more than 60 years, Allegheny Contract has been a trusted, go-to source for commercial flooring services and products. Since launching the LATICRETE SUPERCAP System, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Burke and the company’s Surface Preparation Division leaders, Vice President Chris Hand and Field Supervisor and Operations Manager Paul Pappalardo have developed the Boston marketplace and continue to attract new business.

Pyramid Floor Covering is a leading flooring contractor for new construction and renovation work throughout the New York metropolitan area. Pyramid Floor Covering’s Field Operations Director, Andy Mcardle has worked with the company for 25 years.

“Andy played a large role in successful LATICRETE SUPERCAP installations that not only took place across three continents, but in Dubai’s scorching 105°F (40°C) and a record-setting 50-story sky-high pour in Boston, among other 2017 milestones. We trust Andy to make everyone on the jobsite comfortable, regardless of knowledge or ability. He has the uncanny ability to help others easily understand that the LATICRETE SUPERCAP Ready-Mix pump truck is not complex, even though it may come off that way,” added Metchick.

All LATICRETE SUPERCAP self-leveling underlayments are pumped into a building using a mobile blending truck, eliminating any dry material from entering the interior of the jobsite and the need for workers to haul and manually open hundreds of individual bags and pumping equipment. Additionally, SUPERCAP now offers self-leveling underlayment Ready-Mix Delivery Service, a turnkey service that saves significant costs associated with purchasing, operating and maintaining one’s own pump truck.
