Mannington Mills’ Ed Duncan to Retire

Mannington Mills has announced that Ed Duncan, President of Mannington Residential, will retire on December 31, 2018.

Duncan joined the company in 1988 as Director of Marketing. He was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 1989 and in 1991, he was named Vice President of Mannington Commercial, the newly-formed commercial hard surface marketing division.

Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Vice President, Residential Marketing and New Business Development.  He also led the company’s entry into the new product categories of Laminate, Luxury Vinyl Sheet and LVT.

“Ed’s impact goes far beyond his official credentials. He has been a guiding force both inside and outside our industry. His ‘always say yes’ attitude and deep belief in the company’s culture and values have played a large part in his success,” said Russell Grizzle, President and CEO.  “We wish him every happiness in his retirement.”

Upon Ed’s retirement, Zack Zehner, Sr. Vice President of Distribution Network, will be promoted to the role of President, Mannington Residential.
