The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA)’s chairman of the board, Sam Bruce, has been recognized by the Visalia, Calif., Chamber of Commerce. As president and CEO of Visalia Ceramic Tile, Bruce and his company were honored as Large Company of the Year during the recent Visalia Chamber of Commerce Awards.
Under Bruce’s leadership, Visalia Ceramic Tile has earned a reputation as one of the region’s premier tile contracting firms while maintaining a strong commitment to workforce development, quality craftsmanship and industry leadership, the NTCA said.

Bruce has been an active member of NTCA for many years and has served the association in numerous leadership roles, including as president and chairman of the board. Throughout his tenure, he has been a passionate advocate for advancing the tile industry through education, professional standards and contractor engagement. His leadership has helped shape strategic initiatives and advance the association’s mission to promote professional installation and industry excellence, the NTCA added.

Visalia Ceramic Tile is also an NTCA Five-Star Accredited Contractor, a distinction reserved for contractors who demonstrate a commitment to industry-recognized best practices, ongoing training and excellence in tile installation. Through his involvement with NTCA and the Five-Star Contractor Program, Bruce has championed quality workmanship and continuous improvement throughout the industry, the NTCA noted.
