AURORA, IL…TEC® will present a new webinar on proper surface preparation and other strategies to help avoid job-site call backs. The webinar, hosted by the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), takes place at 1 p.m. CDT/2 p.m. EDT on May 24, 2016.

 

This TEC® webinar, titled “Avoid Call Backs: 4 Secrets to a Successful Tile Installation,” will explore why proper surface preparation is critical to a successful tile installation; the common misconceptions of surface preparation; and how to avoid pitfalls of improper mortar and grout selection. The four secrets to success discussed in this 45-minute webinar can help save tile installers hours on time-consuming and costly call backs.
