The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) has appointed Michelle Nix, a 38-year training veteran of Shaw Industries, as director of education. In this role, Nix will oversee the development and alignment of WFCA’s education programs which support independent flooring dealers through leadership development, workforce training and business education both in-person and across digital platforms.
In her nearly 40 years with Shaw Industries, Nix built a reputation as a highly effective trainer and facilitator known for practical, relationship-driven learning and deep industry expertise, the WFCA said.
