After 18 months of construction, the Surfaces Calibu Vineyard Celebrity Showhome is opening to the public. The 7,300 sq. ft. Malibu Hills estate, developed by celebrity designer and TV host Jennifer Farrell, will open its doors Sept. 24-25 for a series of exclusive home tours. Tour attendees will have the opportunity to shop and source the showhome by scanning product placards placed throughout the estate, meet with product manufacturers and hear design insights from Farrell herself.
The International Surface Event (TISE) organizers have created the “Wine & Design Experience” for home tours attendees which combines luxury design, product discovery and inspiring destinations with tasting flights of Malibu Coast wines—including the exclusive new release of the Calibu Vineyard wines. Luxury shuttles will tour attendees through the beautiful Malibu Hills on this multi-stop experience.
Participants have two options to attend the home tours. The Calibu Vineyard Wine & Design One Day Pass is the full experience. The pass provides a full day of touring the Calibu estate, meeting with product manufacturers, and hearing insights from Farrell on the selected event date: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24 or Sunday, Sept. 25. Pass also includes an exclusive wine tasting flight at Calibu Vineyard and Heaven’s Hill Estate. Pass includes parking, round-trip shuttle to/from King Gillette Ranch, Heaven’s Hill Estate and Calibu Vineyard, plus access to the virtual tour after the event dates for continued sourcing and shopping.

Among the brands represented at the showhome are Emser Tile herringbone floor tile, large-format porcelain slabs and mosaics; Mohawk hardwood floors comprising the entire upstairs of Calibu; Karastan rugs throughout the home; and Anderson/Tuftex heirloom-quality carpet.
