Rod Sigman has joined MAPEI Corp.’s marketing team as business development leader for the UltraCare line of tile & stone maintenance products. In this position he will “lead and support the continued growth” of the line, according to MAPEI.
Sigman has a proven track record in technical sales in the flooring industry, with experience in training and education, as well as the support functions pertaining to national accounts and distribution. He has served on the Technical Committees of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) and the Natural Stone Institute (NSI). He has successfully completed the Ceramic Tile Consultant Course and is a Certified Ceramic Tile Specialist (CCTS) as well as a Concrete Slab Moisture Testing (CSMT) Technician. He has been recognized by the Marble Institute of America (now the Natural Stone Institute) as a significant influence in the stone industry.
