The 2025 Synergy Convention & Expo, set for Sept. 16-18 at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, will feature programming from three leading organizations—CFI, FCICA and FCITS—alongside the FCB2B program, which will host its own technology-focused meeting in conjunction with the convention. Together these groups will aim to unite installers, contractors, inspectors and technology leaders for three days of education, innovation and connection.
The convention will open with a high-energy keynote from Dan Thurmon, bestselling author of Off Balance On Purpose and Positive CHAOS. Known for combining acrobatics with insight, Thurmon delivers a timely message on leadership through uncertainty—perfect for today’s evolving industry.
With educational tracks from CFI, FCICA and FCITS—and a separate technology-focused FCB2B meeting—attendees will gain relevant, hands-on knowledge to elevate their business and careers. Highlights include:
