Sika is relaunching the Sika Technical Education Program (STEP), a series of two-day, in-person training clinics designed to educate contractors and installers on best practices when using components of Schönox and the Sika Secure System. These best practices focus on flooring installation products and industry standards that pertain to subfloor surface preparation, moisture mitigation, acoustical control, flooring adhesives and tile setting materials.
The STEP Series will be conducted every month, at regionally located facilities throughout the country and run through the duration of the year. Lunch and all necessary installation materials and tools will be provided by Sika. Upon conclusion of the STEP event, all parties that complete training will receive a Certificate of Training Completion from Sika Corp.
