MAPEI will sponsor Gary Sinise’s keynote address at Coverings 2026, reflecting the company’s “long-standing commitment to supporting veterans and their families through its partnership with the Gary Sinise Foundation as well as its ongoing support of Coverings,” MAPEI said.
MAPEI has partnered with the foundation since 2015, when the company was invited to assist on a homebuilding project by a National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) member in need of flooring adhesives. Since then, MAPEI now contributes a broad range of installation systems to these projects including mortars, grouts, adhesives, floor-heating systems, building product accessories and soon its new Profiles and Manufactured Stone Veneer Systems product lines. Through the partnership, MAPEI has supported the construction of more than 80 of the 100 specially adapted smart homes for disabled veterans and first responders.

Coverings runs from March 30 to April 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. “Building Hope: A Conversation with Gary Sinise, NTCA and NSI on Serving Veterans Through Skilled Craftmanship,” is set for Wednesday, April 1, from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. PDT in Room N246.
