Platform Performance Flooring Systems, the new brand identity of FloorPrep by Dependable, will debut during Coverings 2026, March 30 to April 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company will display its KeedeRoll WT high-performance waterproof uncoupling mat at Booth #6283 and present “Defining Uncoupling: Advancing Tile Assemblies with Structured Strand Membranes,” on March 30 at 2:30 p.m. in the Central Hall, Booth #4676.
“We are thrilled to officially introduce Platform Performance & Flooring Systems at Coverings 2026,” said Robert Williams, national sales manager. “With the recent growth of our team and the opening of our new training facility this spring, we are focused on showcasing systems like KeedeRoll WT.”
The sales team overseen by Williams includes three business development managers, four regional managers and 11 independent rep agencies. The rebrand is designed to integrate Platform with Compotite and Keene Building Products.
An operational overhaul spearheaded by Kevin Brininger, director of r&d and product management, “resolves previous operational challenges and ensures customers can feel confident in placing orders and receiving the support they need,” Brininger said.
Alex Keene, vice president of operations at Keene, views the past year as the foundation for this rebrand. “We treated 2025 as our transition year—resetting our leadership and technical support to meet modern trade needs,” he said.
A new training center is scheduled to open in Cleveland in late April, the first in a national rollout with additional locations planned for New York and Florida. Keene added, “relaunching as Platform proves we are not just legacy products but a bigger, more varied company built on modern standards.”
