The Floor Covering Education Foundation (FCEF) will present “Building the Bridge: Workforce Solutions for the Flooring Industry,” Jan. 27 at 2:30 p.m. in Banyard B & C Rooms, during The International Surface Event (tise) at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Open to manufacturers, retailers, distributors, installers and other industry professionals, the panel “will explore how the flooring industry can align people, policy and workforce development to build a sustainable future—while encouraging open audience participation and questions,” the FCEF said.
Moderated by Randall Shehee of Emser Tile, the panel will include David Chambers, Nebraska Furniture Mart; Brett Richards, Jones Walker LLP and Washington, D.C., special counsel; Ben Liebert, Shaw Industries and Jason Randolph, Mohawk Industries.
