Women in the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) said it is bringing women together for connection, confidence-building and career growth during The International Surface Event (tise) in Las Vegas. The group hosted the first live edition of its WIFI Power Hour webinar series yesterday in collaboration with The Huddle Podcast. Additionally, WIFI is holding a Morning Mix Breakfast on Wed., Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. in Mohawkโs booth.
The WIFI Power Hour LIVE event, โConfidence as Strategy,โ was held on Mon., Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. in the tise Womenโs Leadership Program room as well as online. The session explored how confidence can be leveraged as a powerful career strategy and featured Hilary Frank, vice president of commercial sales and development, Daltile; Jennifer Zimmerman, chief commercial officer, AHF; Sara Zacharias, business development manager, All Surfaces Inc.; and Kayla Simons, president, Desert Design Carpet One.

At the upcoming, 30-minute Morning Mix Breakfast on Jan. 28, attendees will learn about WIFIโs mentoring program, professional development resources and leadership opportunities before participating in a round of speed networking. Complimentary breakfast will be provided.
In addition to its on-site programming, WIFI is currently accepting applications for its 2026 Mentoring Program, designed to pair women with experienced industry leaders for guidance, growth and career advancement.
