Bona has opened its 2026 Bona Sand and Finish Training School for registration. Open to hardwood floor contractors, distributors, retailers, inspectors, architects and designers, the three-day training will take place in 12 cities across the U.S.
“Our Bona Sand and Finish Training Schools have been educating flooring professionals on the why and how of the entire hardwood refinishing process for more than 35 years,” said Matt Casey, director of professional marketing for Bona US. “We are excited to continue Bona’s legacy in educating the next generation of flooring professionals through this series.”
Attendees of the Bona Sand and Finish Training School will learn from top-rated Bona System experts to improve skills related to the entire hardwood floor sand, stain and refinishing process. The training features large, panel-size floors for full, hands-on involvement with ample time for questions, discussion and practice. Additionally, the training offers valuable insights on sales and marketing tools for business growth and the chance to network with other industry professionals. Attendees will also gain access to Bona Training Camp, the session’s online learning platform.
2026 locations and dates for the Bona Sand and Finish Training School include: April 7-9 in Madison, Wis.; May 5-7 in Rancho Cordova, Calif.; May 19-21 in Nashville; June 16-18 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; July 7-9 in Kirkland, Wash.; July 21-23 in Palatine, Ill.; Aug. 4-6 in Charlotte; Aug. 18-20 in Englewood, Colo.; Sept. 15-17 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Sept. 22-24 in Manalapan, N.J.; Oct. 13-15 in Rancho Cordova, Calif.; and Oct. 27-29 in Nashville.
