The National Wood Flooring Association’s (NWFA) online learning platform, NWFA University (NWFAU), has received its fourth SAP Litmos Lenny Award for Best Not-for-Profit Training Program.
Litmos, the education platform for NWFAU, offers what the trade association calls “an industry-leading Learning Management System (LMS) that unifies virtual, classroom, mobile and social learning in a secure, intuitive platform.” The Litmos Lenny Awards honor innovative Litmos use cases across any industry or company size.
“Our mission is to help NWFA members succeed and grow in the competitive marketplace. Education is key to accomplishing this mission,” stated Stephanie Owen, vice president of education for NWFA. “NWFAU allows our members to have access to education when and where they want it. We are proud to have provided online education opportunities to nearly 13,000 wood flooring professionals, and look forward to continuing to increase our reach.”
NWFAU comprises more than 275 individual learning courses lasting 15 to 20 minutes, with an online testing component. More than 200,000 achievements have been earned since its 2016 launch.
NWFAU complements hands-on training to provide a convenient and affordable training alternative. NWFA members can purchase an all-access pass to take the online courses. For more information, visit https://nwfa.org/nwfa-university.
