The site has been fully redesigned on a new platform and streamlines access to information on TEC’s industry-leading surface preparation products, mortars, grouts, caulks, mastics and flooring adhesives.
TEC customers will see a wide range of major enhancements to the website, including: optimization for mobile devices, improved search and navigation tools, faster access to product data sheets, Spanish and French translations for all main pages, and more. These benefits were achieved by focusing on the user experience, which is a science-based method of integrating human behavior and psychology to improve the usability and efficiency of a website.

Fuller Construction Products. “We gathered extensive qualitative and quantitative research from our key professional groups, such as contractors, distributors, architects, designers, and salespeople. This gave us tremendous insight on what information they need and how they want to access and utilize it.”
Improved mobile optimization, for example, is a key advantage for contractors on a job site who need quick information that is essential to an installation. The site’s enhanced search and filter features make it easy to find product data sheets, technical specs, guides, and more. Likewise, the “Coverage Calculator,” which helps determine how much product is needed, is now clickable throughout the site.
Another upgraded feature is the “Build My Submittal” function that consolidates multiple .pdf documents into a single downloadable folder. Contractors can select as many documents as they need for a job—product data sheets, warranties, technical bulletins, etc.—and the Build My Submittal function will automatically save them to a zipped file for download.
