Women in the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit that seeks to attract, educate and empower female industry professionals, has announced its schedule of in-person and virtual events for the first quarter of this year including at the upcoming The International Surface Event (TISE) in Las Vegas.
Jan. 23: TISE Women’s Leadership Conference
Don’t miss the closing panel presented by WIFI at the TISE Women’s Leadership Conference.
Join the group for “5 Tips to Level Up” where five industry leaders will take the stage and share their personal and professional insights. The conference is set for Tuesday, Jan. 23, from 1 to 5 p.m. PST, with the “5 Tips to Level Up” presentation starting around 4 p.m.
Jan. 25: WIFI at TISE
Meet up and learn about WIFI at an in-person gathering during TISE on Thursday, Jan. 25, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. PST in the Mohawk booth. Feb 13: “WIFI Power Hour: Celebrity Designer Jennifer Farrell on 2024 Surface Trends”
Join WIFI for a virtual one-hour event, on Feb. 13 at noon EST, to hear Jennifer Farrell’s review of floor covering trends spotted at TISE. She will also share her secrets for building your business and voice as a woman. Sign up at womeninflooring.org/power-hour.
March 3: “Next Generation of Women Leaders in Flooring Retail,” hosted by WIFI at the Alliance Flooring Convention
Flooring retailers share their journeys of stepping up as the next generation of female business leaders. They will chart their challenges, how they are putting their mark on the business and what it takes to lead their team. Amy Rush-Imber, WIFI vice-chair, will moderate the session. March 5: Beyond Balance Women’s Conference in Dalton, Ga., and virtually
Beyond Balance Women’s Leadership Conference hosted by Shaw Industries’ Women’s Innovation Network and WIFI will be held on March 5 at the Convention Center in Dalton, Ga. The event will feature a keynote from Tara Renze, a former national sales leader and author of Be Who You Came to Be.
